Refund Policy

 If you would like to return your product for a refund, please review the return policy below to ensure all conditions are met. If you discover what you believe is a product defect, please refer to the Limited Warranty Policy and follow its procedures.

Refund policy:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee for unused products in intact packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, free from dirt, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No returns are allowed after 14 days of receiving the product.

Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellation before shipment is subject to an 8% processing fee.
For all pre-orders/backorders, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship. Any and all pre-orders/backorders that are canceled prior to shipping are only eligible for a 92% refund of the total order's normal price.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll get your refund on your original payment method in 3 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Note: Due to the new policy issued by Paypal, if you want to cancel the purchase, the processing fee is 8% of the total order value.
